  I've been to so many Jimmy John's but this location is consistently the rudest service of any JJ's that I have ever been to. Staff seem depressed and like they don't want to be there and it makes you want to leave as soon as you get your sandwich :(

  I came here twice and got the #3 tuna sub both times. The first time here was my first time at a Jimmy John’s ever and the staff were not patient while I figured out how to order. Second time, the people were friendlier and very efficient in making my sub. The first sub was meh, too saucy, and I wouldn’t have come back if I didn’t have a free sub reward to redeem, but the second sub was better. The desserts (red velvet cookie and brownie) were surprisingly good. There’s about 4 tables inside and a small patio.

  Avoid ordering Jimmy John's through Grub Hub. I was just notified that my group order for a dozen people in our office was cancelled 15 minutes before it was supposed to be here.

  Ordered delivery through JJ app. Got a notification that my food was out for delivery. Great, expected it to take about 15-20 minutes. It took over an HOUR! Jimmy John’s should not take that long for delivery, especially considering how you have to live within a certain radius of that store to order from them. When I called to get an update they said they only have one delivery driver and he took EIGHT orders with him. Stop trying to save money and hire more delivery drivers. Of course my food was cold and soggy when I got it. I miss when jimmy John’s would refund your money if they took longer than 20 minutes. But of course they took that away bc they don’t hire enough delivery drivers to meet that quota
