Very disappointed with our experience at the East Third location. Our pickup was significantly delayed, so I called simply to ask how much longer it would take because my husband was waiting in the car with our sleeping son. I was completely respectful, acknowledged that computer issues happen, and even ended the call by wishing the employee a good night. When my husband walked in, the employee told him, “Yeah, your wife cussed me out.” I never cussed, yelled, or spoke disrespectfully to her. That accusation was completely false and extremely unprofessional. We had a great experience with the manager during a previous issue, so this was especially disappointing. Delays happen, but customers should not be falsely accused for respectfully asking for an update.

Fresh Thyme has much better meat, deli, and produce that the “other” store. When things are on sale you get better cut and processed meat at better prices and same with produce and deli. Also I’ve been weighing their meat and it’s been spot on. K and A have been off by several ounces lately. They are expensive when things are not on sale so keep your eyes on the ads.
