- ESEmma SaywardAug 13, 20261.0I’m a big Dunkin Donuts fan, dare I say more than the average person, but this place is just downright terrible (like, I’m writing my first google review ever to tell you to not come here). They consistently mess up your order, the restaurant is dirty, and the quality of the food is awful. I’ve been here a handful of times, always hoping something will change, but of course it never does. I don’t think I’ve ever had a properly good experience here, but the last time I went was uniquely awful, even disregarding their usual bad food. I got a bacon avocado toast and some coffee drink that I can’t remember. My bacon was completely burnt, and my toast was drowning in a thick layer of their everything bagel seasoning. Every bite felt like I was eating straight bird seed. Like seriously, who does that at 9am? The coffee was watered down and generally kinda yuck, and the lid was covered in stains and hair. Absolutely disgusting. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else, I promise it’s not worth it.

People place new orders in the drive through as well… and have to pay when they get to the window. Seems pretty silly to get upset over something like this when there is not two separate lines for drive through / mobile orders it really makes no difference. There seems to be an attitude issue with the staff here.

A special thanks to the manager, Dinu, who does an excellent job leading the team. Dinu is professional, courteous, and always makes sure customers are taken care of. It’s clear that the team works well together because of the positive leadership. I always enjoy coming to this location and highly recommend it!
