  It's been a long time since I've been to any Dave and Buster's location. I checked out the Bloomington location while visiting from out of town. This location seems really up to date, clean, and well laid out compared to others I've been to in the past. My little niece LOVED the game selection including the more interactive games you can ride on and the ones where she won toys or prizes. The giant Pac-Man was a fun throwback option for me! There is great selection of games no matter your age or game style. I was pleasantly surprised with the wide variety of options on the food menu. Service was speedy and friendly. When there was a small error on my food order, the manager on duty, Kendel, was quick to make it right. There were some areas for larger groups or private parties and plenty of seating for smaller groups too. Overall, it turned out to be the perfect option for some family fun on a day of epic rain showers.

  Dave and Busters may be known for their arcade games, but their food is a surprising win on its own. Their Cajun shrimp pasta dish I would put up against my favorite dishes from other non-chain restaurants in town. My daughter also loves the mac and cheese and fries, which is perfect because getting her to eat in an exciting environment would normally be an issue but she’s always excited to eat her food after playing a round of games. The staff are also great. The serving manager Kendel always stops by to make sure we have everything we need. Even if you aren’t drawn in by the games, it’s worth checking out for the food, and the digital darts are unique and fun while you’re enjoying your meal. If you go in on half price games nights, the play cards last a good while.

  Devon helped me reserve for my sons birthday, she was very friendly with us throughout that process. On the day of, Kendall was so sweet and attentive, she was always making sure we had everything we needed. There was plenty of food, just wish they had more options for any type of reservation. The new shuffleboard table was awesome for the adults, kids had loads of fun. Definitely would consider hosting there again.

  This was the experience of a lifetime! At Dave and Busters, there's been a couple locations I've visited that have either upset or infuriated me. This specific site is an extraordinary exception! From delicious food made well to unbelievably fun games, this location ranks among my upper echelon of elite stores. If you haven't been here before, you're missing out. Change that today and come on down to a little slice of paradise!

  My boyfriend and I come to this Dave & Buster's pretty often and usually have a great time, which is why our most recent experience here was so disappointing. We stopped by the bar before playing games to order a couple of drinks. The restaurant wasn't busy at all (there were only a few other people there) but it still took over 30+ minutes to receive our drinks, even though they were canned beverages. What bothered us the most happened when it was time to pay. After we left a tip, our bartender, Gracie, asked us to fill out the receipt again because she wasn't happy with the amount we had left and gave us dirty looks before we left the bar. That made us feel very uncomfortable. While we understand that tips are appreciated, guests should never feel pressured or asked to change the gratuity they choose to leave. We enjoy coming to this location. and hope this was just an isolated experience, but we wanted to share our feedback because it left a negative impression on us. We will not be stopping by the bar again and do not recommend it.
