We had such an incredible customer service experience that exceeded our expectations, especially for fast casual! Will definitely be coming back to this Chipotle location soon!!!

Pili's, qdoba, cubbies, El Ranchero, taqueria al capoco, Rivera Maya, literally anything would be better. They handed me a sopping wet bag from the "Chipotlane" and it immediately fell through the bottom and on to my lap. It didn't even look like they attempted to close the lid to the burrito bowl, or completely wrap our burrito. Now my vehicle smells like overpriced burritos. The food was ice cold too. We scheduled the order for 8PM. I arrived 8:01PM the food had clearly been sitting out for 20-30 minutes. The only reason I was picking up an order in the first place was because they screwed up our last order so bad we had restaurant credits.

Tables were dirty, chips and food crumbs all over the floor, the area where you fill up your drinks had napkins, lids, and straws thrown all over the place, trash cans were stuffed to the brim or overflowing, bathrooms were not well kept. Definitely not a location I’d recommend going to.
