  I don’t know if it’s new staff or something but @ chipotle mgmt you need to make it clear that providing standard chipotle-sized portions does NOT come out of their paychecks. I have ordered twice in the past week. The first time, I asked for chicken and a side of chicken. I received legit like a quarter of a scoop of chicken in my bowl. I asked to get a little bit more and got charged a total of $17.95 for something that should have cost $12.45. Today I ordered a bowl of chicken with a side of chicken and extra pico. My bowl was not even filled. This time my chicken had literally like 4 small pieces of chicken inside it. If I don’t get comped for both of these transactions I will dispute the charges with my bank and wind up paying $0.00. Chipotle has been a staple for me my entire life as a student; but if mgmt continues to allow/encourage this kind of skimping behavior I will absolutely switch to a competitor.

  Register stopped working, waited a good 15 minutes at the front of the line before I could start ordering. Worker was kinda rude and they were out of chicken Al pastor.

  THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! The short black lady with glasses lied and said they didn’t have vinaigrette, but we heard her tell another person it was only for mobile orders. By the end of our dine in experience we heard this lady say that is was only for the workers in the back. I am livid. This is so unprofessional.

  I don’t know about dine-in experience (maybe food and service is okay dine-in) but definitely 100% not recommending mobile pick up or placing food delivery order here. They used to be just slow on pick up orders. I did a few pick ups here before. Average wait is about 5 min and thats totally understandable and acceptable. Today I came in and noticed they have a mobile pickup shelf out but I don’t see my order on there. Waiting for 20 min and talked to someone and I was told my order must been picked up by other people. There’s no one checking if people are taking the right order. I literally saw someone not checking names on the receipt and just grab random bags and left. Pick up experience is the worst.
