I lost track of time and entered the dining room not realizing it was closing time. Not only were we treated with warmth and smiles as if these people didn’t want to go home, they went FAR out of their way to completely turn our whole day around. The food was exactly what we wanted and done perfectly and the crew there deserve all the best in life. 10/10 will absolutely frequent this establishment on a regular basis. We very much appreciate them.

Unless you get lucky and you’re the only one in line, it might take 5 minutes or less. 8/10 times you can find a place to park, walk in the mall, order, get your food, and leave before you’d ever make it to your order here. It’s sad to think you get served faster at a sit down restaurant than a drive thru and you’ll pay roughly the same price and have a better chance of not receiving highly processed food.

I wasn’t even in the drive-thru, I was just driving past the location when one of their employees let go of a large metal outdoor umbrella. It flew at a super fast speed and hit the back of my car, leaving a bunch of scratches. What made me leave a review was the employees reaction. Instead of apologizing or checking on the situation, he laughed it off and walked away like it was nothing. No concern, no accountability, nothing. In fact, a pedestrian was the one to help me pull the big umbrella off of my car. You would think that with all the morals this chain has the workers would have some sort of decency. I’m honestly pretty shaken by the whole thing as I’m also a young girl and didn’t know what to do. My car is damaged, and the way it was handled was incredibly unprofessional. I expected better awareness and responsibility, even for something accidental. Really disappointing experience to say the least. I love Chick-fil-a but this one now leaves a gross feeling on me, so I will not be coming back.
