    I called to ask whether Buffalo Wild Wings would be showing World Cup soccer matches on the restaurant TVs, as a group of friends and I were considering coming in to watch. The employee who answered the phone seemed to have difficulty understanding me, which can happen—I am a non-native English speaker, and I understand that communication is sometimes challenging over the phone. However, after I repeated my question a second time, she responded, “I don’t understand your language.” I was taken aback by both the comment and the tone. I paused and asked, “Which part of what I said did you not understand?” She replied, “The whole thing.” I then said, “Okay, let’s try again,” and began politely asking my question once more. Before I could finish, she abruptly interrupted me, said “Hold on,” and transferred me to someone else. Everyone can have a difficult day, but I expected a basic level of courtesy and professionalism when speaking with customers. If there is a communication issue, there are respectful ways to handle it. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and unwelcome, which was disappointing for a regular customer. I hold a PhD from a North American university and work with university students in teaching and advising roles, so I have to communicate professionally every day. Even if someone genuinely has difficulty understanding a caller, there are far more courteous ways to address it.

    let me paint u a picture really quick, We (a 6 top) get seated at 9:30pm. Our original server takes our drink orders snd comes back maybe 5 minutes later and explains that we will have a new server going forward because he has a big table. Understandable! she introduces herself as a first day server,,, okay we're like one of your two tables shoulnt be too bad... right? WRONG! we had 7 drinks, some waters a marg and a soda, she does not get the soda and has to go back mind you its been lik 40 minutes st this point snd we've already gotten our apps before our drinks and the one soda is weong so it takes another 5 minutes for her to get that to the table. another 15 minutes or so goes by and she takes our food orders... Fast forward AN HOUR snd we still havent gotten our food. A member of our party had to be at work st 5:30 am the next morning, it was 11pm. We thought we'd be out by 10:30 or maybe 11 but we hadnt got our food uet. we get our food st like 11:10, im angry and hungry because i worked a morning shift snd hadnt eaten since said morning shift. 11:30 and she comes back with our checks, theyre lowkey kinda wrong, my friend gets charged to his card twice, theyre working iut card issues for like 20 minutes, we leave, apparenrly my friends were in there until damn near close. we could have driven to indianapolis and back and then halfway back to indianapolis in the tkme it took us to get our food and checks and leave. Cherry on top is that her 3 top got their food WAY before us and recieved much quicker service. Never coming back

    We went in today at open and the waitress was the sweetest waitress I have ever had. I am so used to terrible service that that’s what I expect. I don’t have her name but she was the best and made our experience amazing.

    GREAT deals for takeout. Love the app. Everything was delicious, sliders, teriyaki Wings, tater tots onion rings…..could use more chipotle barbecue seasoning on the tater tots but everything was great
