I checked online and it looked like it was in stock. I showed up to the store, had to order off the e-kiosk because there was no one attending the counter and it became apparent that no one was going to come out if I kept waiting. I didn't see it among the flavors in the display case but figured it must just be in back because the kiosk let me order it. Waited a few minutes before someone came out, and when they looked at my order, they told me the Fireworks was coming "soon" but they didn't have it yet. If I had known this I simply would not have ordered anything at all, but since I had already paid, I got a scoop of Icing on the Cake instead. Again, it was good (very sweet though, even for ice cream) but not what I wanted. I have no idea if the kiosk problem originates from the employees at the store not setting it up properly or from corporate, but the fact you can order something they don’t even have (not out of stock, they just didn’t have it yet at all) just shows a lack of care and effort. Also, I liked the waffle cone, but the confectionery glue holding the paper cover together also stuck to the cone, and I broke the cone trying to get the paper off.

Open it and notice it has sprinkles which we didn’t order and is missing the reese’s and marshmallow ontop I ordered, cut the cake and it is vanilla not chocolate, regular chocolate ice cream instead of galactic brownie, and does not have oreos. When the cake was picked up they seemed confused even though I placed the order in advance and it should’ve been made for me. They clearly just gave me a random regular cake in a box and didn’t tell me they didn’t have my custom cake. like seriously? just be honest and issue a refund. Emailed customer service hoping for a refund.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
