- GSgrace spanglerMar 29, 20261.0ordered a custom cake a few days ago and spent almost $40 for it, it was the cake in a box so we couldn’t see the layers and it has a lid on it. Open it and notice it has sprinkles which we didn’t order and is missing the reese’s and marshmallow ontop I ordered, cut the cake and it is vanilla not chocolate, regular chocolate ice cream instead of galactic brownie, and does not have oreos. When the cake was picked up they seemed confused even though I placed the order in advance and it should’ve been made for me. They clearly just gave me a random regular cake in a box and didn’t tell me they didn’t have my custom cake. like seriously? just be honest and issue a refund. Emailed customer service hoping for a refund.

I started calling FIVE DAYS in advance but apparently they're allergic to answering the phone. I called three days straight, several times a day - the phone would ring FIFTEEN TIMES before going to an automated message. I could not leave a voicemail. I even tried leaving a comment on their most recent FB post (because there is no way to message them there, either) and NO RESPONSE. I tried calling the posted customer service number on Google but it was "out of service" so I tried calling corporate and no one answered. I reached out via email to the only customer service line I could find. They told me to give the store 2 days to contact me, and if no response, reply to their email. I gave them four days and, surprise! surprise! NO ANSWER! I replied to the email and GUESS WHAT! THEY NEVER RESPONDED, EITHER! There was over five inches of snow the night before I was supposed to pick up the cookie, and more the next day - so, no, I did NOT pick up the cake. I waited a couple days and ventured in... I waited over five minutes while employees ignored me. Finally, one lone woman came up and told me they didn't have my order, laughed at me for not braving thru the snow, and told me I could pick out a random cake from the freezer. DO. BETTER.

While I waited for my order, I watched the connected Dunkin Donuts side. Another customer was ignored longer than I was and I saw an employee look directly at the customer. These two establishments are obviously connected and their employees ignore customers, after seeing them wait at the counter. If my local BR and DD were run like this one, they'd be out of business.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
