  The drive-through intercom was not working. We made our way around to the window. Noel took good care of us. We had a large order six sandwiches three meal deals and she had us pull over into the parking spot and she had her food out and no less than five minutes and everything looked great thank you.

  I've been coming to this Arby's for over 6 years for at least five of those years your speaker has been broken in the drive-thru, as sitting in a big line today I decided to put my order in through your app, I saw two cars drove off because I did not want to wait in the line because your speaker did not work. Maybe they should get the app too or maybe you should just get your speaker fixed. I spoke to many people that I work with around the corner from my work, they do not even go there because of your speaker! You are losing customers!!
