    Waited 12 minutes without moving in line, and over 15, just to pull up to rude employees (nothing new). They have the meats, just no customer service skills.

    I had a bad experience in that Arby’s before and some lady that was on the phone with me told me that they had plenty of Curly fries, but when I asked them if they had plenty of Buffalo chicken sandwich, she was just like ‘Have A Good Day’ which was rude of her!

    I went through the drive thru this evening and the nicest lady helped me. She made the experience great and my food was hot too!

    It's an Arby's. Can't get a higher score than 4 stars. Only can go down with bad food.

    Meat and 3 box.. chicken sandwich wasn’t cooked all the way.. fries cold as ice and didn’t even give me mozzarella sticks!! Trash stay away
