  This was the friendliest Arby's I've ever visited, and I have been to some very GOOD Arby's in my lifetime (before now the standout was on SR 135 in Greenwood, Indiana)! I was greeted by no fewer than three different team members and they clearly understood every step of the preparation and serving process. Fast, efficient, and above ALL FRIENDLY service! I would definitely stop here again!

  Rude! He handed us our order through the window, with his back to us, he had to bend his arm back while he engaged in conversation with another coworker that had nothing to do with work. Poor customer service. Great food!

  Went there Sunday and went through drive thru. Got my picky son chicken strips with crinkle fries along with other food, but they gave him curly. I went inside to exchange them and the lady with glasses gave me a new fry and said I could keep the curly because they throw them away. I said thanks and went to make ketchup cups. The lady thought I left and the woman at the window asked what happened and she told her I got the wrong fries and said they were half ate anyways and laughed. So after hearing her talk about me I let her know we just got our food and that is how much fries they gave and put them on the counter and left. I have never had that happen and felt disrespected being accused of something that was a lie and luckily this time I was able to tell defend myself.

  Too expensive for low quality food. Probably done with Arby's now.
