  Every time we come in here theres an issue, its really went downhill since it opened. Today we waited 30 mins past pick up time, not even busy. Foods either messed up every time or you're waiting 30 mins for your food with no customers even in sight. Greensburg never has an issue so we'll be switching stores I guess

  First of all they don't carry my favorite meal anymore so I had to order everything separately. I ordered a burrito supreme and a taco supreme. Welll for me a supreme means SOUR CREAM Well not today. I also ordered a soft taco with meat, sour cream and cheese only. We'll it had EVERYTHING it was for my dog and he doesn't like lettuce and tomatoes. I know I am nit picking but for the price I had to pay I should receive what I ordered. Not only that no napkins or a straw. I guess you have to ask for those separately.

  Specifically asked at drive thru window for fresh nacho fries b/c when they are cold, they are horrible. Get to window and received order and fries were ice cold. They remade me a new batch took about 5 min. I appreciated that. However, I order beef supreme chalupa and Dorito supreme. Received both and NO sour cream on either. What am I paying with supreme if I don't get the sour cream? I thought when they built the new store it would be better than where they were at KFC. This is 2nd time this has happen at the new store.

  The drive thru attendant yelled at me and said the drive thru wasn't even suppose to be open. They took my order. I literally just ordered a coke zero. What is this place? Why do they even have a drive thru?

  I was a diva in the drive thru and tomato juice spilled. Honestly that's what I deserved and they remade my food. The man running drive through thank you. Its just tacos im sorry
