  I ordered 4 drinks and waited for 20mins . Still didn’t receive my drinks. The only person that came to my window.. was asking for someone else. Mind u, all the cars i pulled up with. Got their food and left. Meanwhile im still waiting. My order kept saying someone was coming. After a while the original order screen popped up.

  All I wanted was a chili cheese dog dude. I get there and go in the first stall and press the button 4 different times and no one took my order. Then I moved to a different stall someone took my order but the card reader wasn’t working. It seems like your stalls are usually messed up and more of an inconvenience this is just one of the many times I’ve run into stall issues. Then I go through the drive thru order I got a burger for my fiance the chili and cheese wasn’t even in the dog it was in the side of the bun and box and my fiancés burger was absolutely covered in onions. So much onion that IF someone ordered extra this would still be too much for portions. Very disappointing as I used to work here.

  Service is extremely slow. Terrible customer service. Not clean.
