  I literally sat at the speaker box in drive thru for 11 minutes. There were a couple cars in front of me, so I didn't think anything of it at first. When all the cars were gone and I still hadn't heard a peep from inside, I pulled up to the window. I asked the young lady if their speaker was broken and explained the ordeal. This little girl looked me dead in my face and said "well there's no line now if you wanna drive around and try again". Excuse me? I asked why she couldn't just take my order there and she informed me that she doesn't take orders. I'm willing to overlook long wait times and even missing or incorrect items. I will NOT overlook rudeness. There was absolutely no reason for it. I don't think we'll be bringing our business here anymore.

  Terrible service- gave me different items than what I ordered- got my soft pretzel twist right but didn’t give me any cheese- gave me mozzarella sticks instead of my burger- no marinara sauce- never returning after today 7/10/26

  I came to sonic tonight at 9:50 PM. Did not look to see what time they closed but all their outside lights are off. They did take my order so I don’t know if they just turned out the lights to try to deter people not to come, but this has happened to me twice now do better
