My big beef had about 1/4 of the beef I remember gettng back in the neighborhood who ever is running the Avon Indiana store is cheap and ruining the Portillo name. It was so dry it was hard to eat! and I ordered it with hot peppers that were skimpy and hard to find on the sandwich. What a total shoking disappointment. The chopped salad was about 3/4” below the bowl rim so they are cheating people there too. Are times that hard Avon? Are you getting ahead cheating your customers? -Ripped off and still hungry- won’t get fooled again……

So there were about 5-6 employees close enough to see us, but NO ONE was rushing to come over to take our order. I HATE that. Finally someone came up and took our order, but then we had to wait to get our food longer than necessary. I know they have drive- thru orders, but 15 minutes seems too long for fries and hot dogs when we get our own drinks. Do better with your customer service, Portillo's!!
