  Good help is hard to find! I went to the Danville location first to be told that they were out of cakes and that she was the only one working so I was S.O.L. plus I was the only customer... I drove to Avon to see if my luck would change. They were in the middle of unloading a truck but that didn't stop Carinn from smiling and providing superior customer service. She delivered a great birthday/ice cream cake that we were all super happy with. Thank you Carinn for going above and beyond to help me with my ice cream cake purchase! Good help is hard to find and Dairy Queen is winning by having you on the front lines!

  Visited with family twice and was impressed both times as I've never been to a restaurant that Id rate as a one star experience. The food tasted OK but my complaint is specifically with the service. it will take up to 20-30 minutes to get ice cream with three cars in the drive-through and two customers ordering out the window. The building appears to be staffed by five or 16 teenagers that are usually either apathetic or confused. The one young man who actually works in that building appears to be autistic and has been spotted, making orders twice after placing an order on a countertop and promptly forgetting that it existed.

  The past 3 or 4 times I've been to this location their machine to make Julius/Smoothies/Mistys is broken...either fix it or take it off of the menu

  The people taking the orders are not paying attention to detail. Got to the window, repeated the ordered and still got it wrong 3 times. What's happening 😳 people! Handed a sundae out the window with hot fudge all over the out side of the cup.They are unorganized with a full crew.

  Wasn’t even busy and we even ordered ahead on the app, we got there and when we pulled up to the window they told us to pull up and wait and that they were out of a bunch of items so we didn’t even get one of the blizzards we wanted. We waited almost 20 minutes for 2 blizzards one a mini and one a small, when we finally got them they were all melted. They weren’t even sorry that it took it forever or anything, they were just laughing and goofing off. My family used to love this Dairy Queen idk what happened but it’s awful now, especially the customer service.
