The only reason it's not 1 star is because I love Chipotle so much I can't bring myself to do it💔😢 The service is terrible. It's as if "rude and terrible portioning" was the number one requirement on the job application. They are always out of stuff, and the vibe feels off. Just drive down the street to the Chipoltle by Target. Same food, better portions, better vibe.

My best friend and I sent up her little sister to ask them for something because they were rude when we asked and we hoped they would be nice to her (they weren’t). This is a brand new location and I don’t understand why they’re so bad. Change needs to happen

The place was extremely dirty with food everywhere. Had to ask them to even make more rice. They turned off the cooling system too early so the cold food was getting out of appropriate temp range. The manager was extremely rude in the back yelling at her staff trying to make excuses why there wasn’t anything on the line.

The workers often have an attitude when customers come in, which makes the experience even worse. On top of that, they rarely give the correct portions and the amount you get changes every visit. The pricing is inconsistent too—I get charged different amounts for the same order, which is frustrating. Overall, the service, speed, portions, and pricing need serious improvement.
