  I was excited to try the new chipotle in town as I am a student in Bloomington and can’t visit much. I was EXTREMELY disappointed when there was not a single meat to choose from for at least 15-20 minutes, after the fact I was in line for 30 minutes. They also had the audacity to charge me for guacamole when I in fact did not order it. When I asked for a refund, the woman at the checkout was not very nice and only seemed to give me it since the line was still decently long. Extremely disappointed in this chipotle, you can do better.

The crown jewel of this establishment is without a doubt the shift lead, Brad. Brad is a visionary who truly understands the art of pacing. Watching Brad gracefully transition between washing dishes and standing at the front line is like watching a world-class ballet, assuming the ballet involves someone casually doing administrative work near the register while you stare lovingly at your cold burrito. When Brad is up front, he generously takes on the high-stakes responsibility of Cash. He handles every payment with the calm, methodical precision of a museum curator cataloging rare artifacts—ensuring you have plenty of quality time to reflect on your life choices while holding your food. And watching him seamlessly pivot to administrative duties right after dinner rush? Pure theater. Nothing builds a customer’s appreciation for process quite like watching crucial back-office logistics unfold live in real time. The line moves with the thrill of a suspense thriller. Will you get your food before the next geological epoch? Who knows! But with Brad steering the ship from the dish pit to the register, every visit is an unforgettable, character-building journey. 10/10, no notes.

  I went inside and ordered a High-Protein and High-Fiber Bowl + Queso & Chips and the service was subpar. I was disappointed to learn Chipotle doesn’t offer a Military/Veteran discount. Once I got back home and began eating my food, some of the brown rice scraped from the bottom of the container was overcooked & hard which made part of the meal unfit for eating. The queso dip was horrible. It wasted like some sort of unflavored, powdered paste. Overall this visit was unpleasant and I hope that message encourages this location to make sure all the food served is as advertised like the commercials on TV (which inspired me to patronize the franchise)

  Not often do I leave reviews, but this was absolutely ridiculous. The young immature staff was rude, apparently very confused, and slow. It took 30 minutes and 3 different people to complete an order that was estimated to be completed 10 minutes proior to my arrival. After sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes, and receiving the wrong order, I was told to "move because I'M holding up the line". You all need a new staff!
