- PDPreeti DhanjalSep 14, 20261.0Ordered food through Chipotle online, so I could use their features to pick how much quantity I want for each ingredient. Asked for a veggie bowl, light rice, and extra beans. My bowl was filled with just RICE, CHEESE, LETTUCE. Barely any beans, veggies, guacamole in my bowl that I paid extra for. But Chipotle wants to charge you extra by not putting anything extra in it. You have one job which is to read customers order and choose the ingredients that your customer asked for and put them in the bowl and ship it out. Not only you have wasted my money and time, but my lunch was ruined which I was supposed to eat. If you work in food and customer service industry, then provide the service. How are you going to make someone’s food without even reading their order? And there was hair in my order.

Hearing about my order should be considered illegal when it's a burrito and 3 bowls makes me wonder if fast food is a place they should be working. If it's that hard for you, just go work at Meijer's as a door greeter at this point.

- CWChasity WilsonJul 11, 20261.0I went inside today and my order was $10.52 I gave the cashier a $20 bill and she gave me $6.48 in change. On my receipt she typed in that I gave her the exact amount. I tried to call once I realized it but they don't answer their calls.
