She made me feel welcomed and saved me money. Morgan will be the reason that I come back to this location big shoutout to her

I’ve watched them help at least 20 customers and I’m still sitting here waiting for my order. Doesn’t make any sense. Then when there’s no customers they just stand there instead of getting my food. I won’t be back. This is my first and last. When I say something they just say they are working on a big order. Well why can’t the people up front make it??? Then after I’ve told them the name and waiting FOREVER. Now all of a sudden they don’t have an order for me. Suuuuch a waste of time. My app says there’s an order. I just want a refund now. I guess I’ll never try chipotle.

I hadn't been in a while and had forgotten that some of the add-ins were an additional cost, but with the amount of food that you receive, the extra cost balances out because you get 2 meal portions out of one order. I'm a thin woman, so getting two meals out of something that I order isn't unusual for me. What is unusual, though, is for my husband (who is 170lbs) to get two meals out of one of his, which is exactly what happened today!
