Stopped into CAVA today and had such a great experience thanks to Assistant Manager Nikia! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind while helping with my order. You can tell she really cares about the customers and the team around her. Great customer service like that makes all the difference. I love Cava! Abi at this store was amazing! I brought some newbies with me and she was very accommodating and patient explaining all the options! Highly recommend you visit vegan and vegetarian options as well as carnivore.

The food was good, the protein portions are very small and stingy in my opinion. I had to pay for extra protein for what I would consider a normal portion. It was $40 for my bowl, a kids meal, 1 drink and a small cookie for my son. Very overpriced!! This food is almost identical to Hummus Republic and to be honest I think Hummus Republic is better as they are not stingy with the protein servings and they are super friendly.

I’m 3rd generation Italian American. I have to tell ya this food was definitely not worth the price.We tried it for the first and last time. They called it braised lamb on the menu. What was on my plate was a piece of lamb fatty skin with some hanging pieces of meat, I gagged 🤮
Do yourself a big favor and drive right past this chain restaurant and go get some REAL authentic Greek cuisine at Opa! You won’t regret it.

I visited the CAVA on US Highway 36 and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the Strawberry Sesame Salmon Bowl. It seemed like the recipe cards may have been mixed up, which I can understand, mistakes happen. But the way the situation was handled was unacceptable.
When I reached the end of the prep line, the young woman asked if I wanted everything on the bowl. I said yes. She immediately started slopping dill sauce on it. I told her I had asked for strawberry, and she picked up the recipe card and said, “This says dill.” I repeated that I asked for strawberry. Her response was, “You want to add strawberry?” Then she added the strawberry on top and turned to the cashier saying, “This is a dill bowl, add strawberry.”
At that point, I had paid for something I didn’t order, and the attitude and dismissiveness from the employee were extremely disappointing. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. This location needs to work on both accuracy and customer service. The bowl was horrible.
