  Please, please, please don’t let this restaurant turn into Chipotle, where customers aren’t getting fair portions for a $12+ bowl. I came in for lunch today at exactly 1:20 PM and the employee gave me what looked like two half scoops instead of two full scoops. I understand she may be a new employee, or you may have new staff working the lunch shift, but please make sure everyone is trained to give customers the full portions they’re paying for. I really enjoy coming here and just want the portions to stay fair and consistent.

  I rarely write negative reviews, but I was so disappointed. I ate at the Cava in Fishers, and it changed my life, the food was so good, so I was very excited to try the Cava in Avon. It was awful. I ordered take-out through the digital drive-thru lane, and arrived at the estimated time I was given, but then I got a text message saying there was a delay and I would be messaged when the food was ready. I sit in my car for another 20 minutes until I finally go inside to see if maybe they just forgot to text me. I waited almost another 10 minutes until my food is finally handed to me. I was irritated, so I didn't double-check my order, and realize they had forgotten to give me the pita bread for my meal. Aside from that, the food was SO salty I couldn't eat more than a few bites. Even the rice was unreasonably salty. The only positives were the garlic sauce and the pita bread (which I tried from my husband's plate). I don't understand how the food quality between the two different Cavas could be so different.

  The food here is great and very filling. You could definitely make two meals out of it. They also have lots of interesting drink options. I really like the blueberry soda and the Mexican cola. Abbie was really nice and let me try the barbecue pita chips so she’s pretty awesome.

  Back at Cava again, 2nd weekend in a row. This place has become my weekend jam! The food is so flavorful, healthy, light and very satisfying Nakia was great and very knowledgeable about selections anb parings! She walked me through my 1st time. Today I walked in with my mind made up. Can't wait to see what's next!

  My spouse and I entered the atmosphere was Beautiful, but the lady behind the counter was very rude to my spouse and myself, as if she did not want us there or we were an inconvenience my spouse and I have ordered two different bowls with two different sets of ingredients and when we got home to eat them, they were as salty as the Pacific. I would rather drink salt water than eat that bowl when I called back up to the store and talked to the manager about said rude employee and also the extremely salty food. The manager was rude as well and diagnosed me with hypertension at the age of 26 and said flat out we don’t do refunds and she had a very tone to her the whole interaction. My husband called back up and she was automatically rude to him as well. I am never eating here again. I am sorry to sound like a Karen.
