  I had a delivery order and was not given my 2 20oz drinks. I called the store and someone answered and didn’t give a name. I explained my issue and was told there is nothing she can do because “the door dasher was on her phone and I tried to stop her, so it’s not our fault. Call door dash and figure it out.” She was unwilling to help and was annoyed with having to take the call. Seriously!!!! Do better!!! Throwing blame and not willing to help the customer. The attitude was unnecessary!!! I did what YOUR website instructed to do. And you then suggested for me to drive up there and get them myself. What’s the point in paying a delivery fee and a tip and service fee!!!! Clearly I ordered delivery for a reason. Update: I called DD, because order is directly through Buffalo Wild Wings, door dash cannot help in anyway. He gave me customer support for BDubs but they are closed 🤦🏽‍♀️

  Jaila at Buffalo Wild Wings was seriously the highlight of the night 😊 She kept the drinks full like magic, checked on us at just the right times, and had the kind of smile that could probably sell extra wings without even trying. Super sweet, a little charming, and made the whole experience way more fun. 10/10 would come back just for her!

  I came to Buffalo Wild Wings for the wings, but honestly stayed for the top-tier service. Our server (JAILA) was so on point I’m pretty sure she has a sixth sense for empty drinks—mine never made it past halfway before a refill magically appeared. She was super friendly, quick with everything, and somehow managed to keep up with our chaotic ordering like a pro (and we were not making it easy). The food came out fast, everything was right, and she even had solid menu recommendations—no regrets there. At one point I considered ordering something complicated just to see if I could throw her off… but I’m convinced she would’ve handled it flawlessly anyway. Give this server a raise, a trophy, or at least unlimited wings. 10/10 service—would come back just to be served by them again.

  I have not been to Buffalo Wild Wings in years but I must say the level of service we received from Jaila will have us coming back very soon!
