  normally don’t eat fast food because of so many bad experiences in the past. But I have to give credit where credit is due. The young lady at the window was super friendly, the roast beef was so hot, I could hardly hold it, and the produce was actually fresh, which is an anomaly. it was so good. I dropped some on my floorboard, picked it up and ate it anyway. And my floorboard is dirty… Real dirty.

  I went 7/29/2026 around 9 I ordered a market fresh turkey sandwich with fresh fries i said I'll wait I was given fries that already been sitting in touched them they weren't even hot i sent the back and they dipped them in grease and gave them back to me I asked is there a manager i guess not one heard me After a 13½ hour shift I gave up and left I scanned the receipt and filed a complaint I'm all for kids having their first job and I know it's usually fast food but you can't play with everyone's food and taking nothing serious is a fast way to lose said job The sandwich was good the fries were not there were over cooked and hard 🤦🏾 Management failed them because clearly they don't care about people's food and shouldn't be in customer service Id go back but not that late when it's the wild wild west and kids run the restaurant and don't care about anything Until next time

  There was no line in the drive thru, no one inside the restaurant and I still waited 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches... I saw one employee in the back who was leaning on the station drinking her water and on her phone, another employee in the back dancing to music, and another employee who was sitting outside the back door smoking a cigarette. Nobody knew what they were doing... They all should be fired.
