  Foods always pretty good. However, it's hit or miss with the staff. They are either very nice & friendly or they make you feel like you're an inconvenience.

  DONT order the chopped brisket or fries of that matter. The sandwich is way overpriced and not that good. It was disgustingly dry. It actually wasn't much bigger than a mcdonalds cheeseburger.Fries only half full. The double roast beef was more like a single. Its sad!! The small cups of cheddar are a 1.50 and barely half full. Quality is going down the drain. Portions are getting smaller and smaller. They are taking shrink flation to a whole new level. Asking for extra sauces is like pulling teeth. It must explain why there was only 1 other customer there at 6pm on a Friday. I used to love this location cause the food was great. It's just not worth it anymore. Sorry Arby's but you lost a customer that used to come here twice a week. Employees have no motivation and act like they don't even care or the managers or owner don't care. Lead by example. Is it the next Swenson's and smokey bones and just can't make the cut in Avon?

  Ordered on DoorDash today. Saw they are out of arbys sauce so the sauce is in a cup. Which is fine. But doest even put enough in there. Literally one drop. I have a double roast beef with a pinch of sauce. Wouldn't have never bought had I known.

  A mix up due to the app, but Olivia made it right with a smile on her face. Food is always good, but Olivia's kindness is what will keep me coming back ☺️
