  Very poor experience today at this location. I sat in line and watched 6 Vehicles Pl. an order while I was just ignored upon placing my order which was a large chai latte with oat milk no cinnamon sprinkles because the last time I got cinnamon sprinkles they dumped a half a bottle in it, and it was the most disgusting thing I ever drank today. I pulled through paid for my drink, get up to where I pick up my drink and the lady says you didn’t pay for your drink. I told her please ask the lady that took my order because she clearly saw that I paid for my drink. Next some guy comes up with a winter hat on saying oh the system messes up sometimes so I repaid and then to get my drink and it wasn’t made the way I ordered it normally seven brew is on point today. My experience was awful. So much so I’ll be going to Brownsburg seven brew from now on.

  Absolutely horrible experience just went to the Avon 7brew as a little treat and the people took 4 card orders before ours and we asked why and the “manager” said it was an honest mistake but did not apologize or offer anything. We then asked if she could possibly discount the drink and she said no that it was an honest mistake and this wasn’t going to make us get our drink any faster. Horrible customer service she never even apologized. Very sad because i loved 7 brew and will not be back after this.

  Got a large iced chai latte with strawberry and marshmallow flavor. Was very good!! 😊

  Ordered a Cinnamon Roll latter with oat milk, and received a cup of milk with no espresso at all. Service was friendly though.

  I am writing to share an extremely disappointing experience I had today at your Avon, Indiana location at **6883 E US Hwy 36, Avon, IN 46123**. I visited the drive-thru at approximately **1:45 p.m.** While an employee was handing me my 4 drinks (in a carrier) through my car window, one of the drinks fell out and spilled all over me and the inside of my vehicle. I was soaked from the waist down, and the driver's side of my car—including the seat, door, and surrounding interior—was covered in coffee. What was most disappointing was not simply that an accident happened, but how it was handled. The employee did not apologize, offer napkins, or offer any assistance. She asked what the spilled drink was while I was still covered in my vehicle. I had to grab napkins myself from the register area. To make matters worse, my replacement drinks were made incorrectly. Specifically, three of the four drinks were made incorrectly and only one of the cups was labeled with the flavors. When I asked the employee which drink was which flavor, she told me she didn't know. I then pointed out that all four of my drinks were supposed to be frozen chillers, but only two were. Her response was that "that's what the system said," even after I explained that it was not what I had ordered. Multiple employees watched without offering any help, cleaning supplies, napkins, or even a simple apology. Their focus appeared to be directing other customers into the second drive-thru lane rather than assisting a customer whose drink had just been spilled all over him and whose replacement order was still incorrect. I understand that accidents happen, and I would have been much more understanding if the situation had been handled with basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, I experienced a complete lack of empathy, accountability, and customer service from the staff. As someone who also works in customer service, I know that mistakes are inevitable. However, how employees respond to those mistakes is what customers remember. I have always enjoyed visiting 7 Brew, but this experience has significantly changed my perception of both this location and the brand. I hope this incident is taken seriously and that the employees involved receive additional coaching on customer service and how to appropriately handle situations when something goes wrong. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed and what steps will be taken to prevent another customer from having a similar experience.
