Today I spent a good 30 minutes waiting for my online order. Which, it was about 12:45 when I was there and it was supposed to be done at 1:00. Fine. But my problem was I got mine so late. I watched everybody who ordered the same I did get their orders before me. And when I stood there needing help, they coldly told me it would take a while. For the most part, I have always had a pleasant experience. Most of them aren’t rude and the food is good, minus the few times it’s tasted strangely. One thing that REALLY ticks me off though is the fact they never put the online orders on that giant shelf. I don’t understand how it’s more convenient for them to keep it there and it’s so stupid having to walk up to them and get it. It’s already made, sure, but it would save so much time and space too to just put it on the shelf. That I don’t get and it bugs me. Otherwise, I like this place. I go here frequently, even if it is kinda pricey. As for portions, it depends. Sometimes I feel like there’s very little, and a lot of the time there’s too much of one.
