  My husband and I eat arbys a lot but we try not to go to the Auburn arbys because every time we do day or night our order has not one time been right tonight I ask my beef and cheddar to get extra red ranch sauce and regular sesame seed bun did not get it my husband French dip was horrible and no sauce for dipping drive thru person was so disrespectful and rude and we just are not going to arbys any more

  The manager didn't feed us after taking 30 minutes to make a meal and making kids wait for their food and my pregnant wife. Dylan is not a good manager.

  If I could give negative star I would. But we got there Friday night at 12:30 and they said that they were only accepting DoorDash or pickups, and that they were about to close? Even though that closing time is 1:00 am and they had to guts to say they’re about to close? Most laziest people EVER!

  Store says they close at 1am. Pulled up at 1245 the lady in the speaker said “ do you have a mobile order or a door dash” we did not she said that’s all they are accepting because they close at 1 … so if you close at 1 why can’t I order ? What difference would it make between me placing it online or at the speaker?
