  The new management has completely changed this restaurant for the worse. The biggest issue isn’t the food; it’s the lack of staffing and organization. The employees are clearly overwhelmed, constantly rushing, and even arguing with each other because they’re being expected to do too much with too few people. Management needs to either schedule enough staff or limit the number of tables they seat. At the very least, customers should be told upfront if they’re looking at an hour-plus wait before deciding to dine in. Our first visit a few weeks ago was disappointing. There were only a few other parties in the restaurant, so it wasn’t even busy. It took several minutes before our server acknowledged us and took our drink order. She wasn’t welcoming, and the service only got worse from there. My meal arrived, but my boyfriend’s never did. She dropped off my plate without saying a word, she just walked away. We assumed she was going to get the other meal. After about 20 minutes we watched her rearranging tables while completely overlooking us. We had to flag her down to ask where his food was. Her response was simply, “What was it again?” before walking back to the kitchen. After we had waited 45 minutes, we decided to just leave. I had to ask that his meal just be removed from the bill because we no longer wanted to wait. That took 3 attempts and two employees yelling at each other to get the bill corrected. We paid and left. We very hesitantly decided to give the restaurant another chance this past Sunday, and the experience was even worse. The restaurant was busy, but there was only one server trying to handle the entire dining room. She worked hard and remained professional despite being set up to fail. Around us, table after table experienced the same problems. One party left after waiting over an hour without food. Another learned their ticket had been lost after waiting more than an hour, meaning their order had never even been started. We received our breadsticks but never our meals. When the server came to ask if we were ready for the check, we had to tell her we had never received our food. She even offered us two sandwiches that had been mistakenly made for another table, then offered to re-enter our order. By that point, we had already waited far too long and declined. She graciously removed our drinks and breadsticks from the bill. This is not a criticism of that server. She was doing everything she could under impossible circumstances. This is a management problem. Customers should not have to gamble on whether they’ll receive their meal, and employees shouldn’t be left to absorb the frustration caused by chronic understaffing and poor oversight. Until management addresses these issues, I cannot recommend dining here. Pizza Hut has always been a great asset to our community, and I’d hate to see it continue to decline because of these issues. I truly hope management gets things under control before we a long time local restaurant.

  Not even one star worthy. Never got a menu. Waited forever to get our order taken. When we got up to get the salad bar our table got cleared so we had to get all new drinks and everything. The lettuce had definitely been sitting out for longer than it should’ve been. Took 30 minutes or more to get our bread sticks. We didn’t even order pizza we just ordered the salad bar. Never coming back to this place. Extremely disappointed.

  Nice to find an old school Pizza Hut with table service and the salad bar. This reminded me of when I used to work at one as a teenager.
