  This McDonald's is the slowest ive ever been to. The workers act like your bothering them when you order and they make you wait 15 mins and pull around. Who ever the manager is needs to be fired. Maybe if you didnt allow your lazy workers to sit down on the job id get my order in a reasonable time. Something has to change this has been going on for soo long

  The service was slow. It seemed like they were short staffed because they could only take an order from one drive thru lane at a time. The trash can at the entrance of the building was overflowing and needed changed. The men’s bathroom was clean. The mcflurry’s were not blended. They put m&m’s on top of ice cream. We had to pull up to wait because there were customers behind us. When they brought the food out they forget the ketchup. I went in ti get ketchup and the guy forgot to bring ketchup back out after we told him. On my way out there was a young lady sitting behind the cash register in a chair on her phone. She looked up at me and smiled. I thought to myself that she could have been outside changing the overflowing trash can since she has nothing to do. My wife’s fish sandwich was hard. This is by far the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. The employees were all young people. I actually felt bad for them. Where is their leadership? When I went into the store to get ketchup I spoke with two local customers who said that this store is “always like this.” They were waiting 20 minutes for 3 cups of coffee. It was a father and son. The father said that he is ticked off before he gets there because he knows they are going to give terrible service. This is sad! We were there on 4/17/26 from 8:30-9:10pm.

  This place is a JOKE, unless you're there with the morning crew! Joyce is an absolute angel! The evening crew is HORRIBLE! You will sit at the speaker forever before anyone even takes your order. They clearly need better management or something. Unfortunately, in Argos, you only have so many fast food options!
