  I ordered my sausage and egg mcmuffin and got this …is it too much to cook egg other way smh …whole reason i get egg mcmuffins is cuz of the way egg is cooked …yall that lazy ? Smh

  This place is a mess, the ice cream machine hasn't worked in like 6 months. They started advertising these new drinks on the menu about a week ago but when we tried to order one we were told that they can't sell them because all the buttons for those flavors are broken.....THEN WHY START ADVERTISING IT? HOW CAN YOU ALREADY NOT BE ABLE TO SELL A NEW ITEM YOU JUST STARTED SELLING? The restaurant smells like poop in the inside, the tables are always nasty, one time while dining in we seen a roach there so we immediately got up to leave and I figured I would have my kids go potty 1st, in one stall there was menstrual blood on the toilet seat, and in another there was poop on the toilet seat. We just went next door to the speedway. Fast forward to today 05/16/2026 @ 10:26am, we went through the drive thru, I ordered a sausage McGriddle, hash brown, and medium caramel frappe. We live about 25min out in the country, I get home and noticed I was given a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin (I don't eat these) plus my hash brown was cold and nasty like it had been sitting for a while prior to us ordering it. I called up there to express my concerns with receiving the wrong order/cold food and was told by the manager Mercedes that she was sorry about the inconvenience and would do better moving forward. I asked for my meal to be replaced and she said she would only replace the McGriddle. So we drove back up there. Once we got there, initially she said again that she would only replace the McGriddle and asked for the receipt. But you could barely read anything on it and the receipts are always like that (they need new printers or something) but we gave it to her anyway. Then she changed it and said that they just threw away all the breakfast and sorry for the inconvenience. No refund either. She had a crappy attitude with me as well. And while all of this was going on we noticed a young girl with an orange hat on at the drive thru window eating fries out of one of the customers bag before handing it to them. When my fiance pointed this out to the manager Mercedes, she asked him which one and he literally said the one with the orange hat while pointing at her the young lady (she was only one standing in the driveway thru 🤦‍♀️) then the manager, Mercedes, goes you mean the one with the vest on and he said NO, the one with the orange hat. She said okay ill look into and walked away. The new store owner has ran this place into the ground and many angola locals will agree! We had been stopped eating at this location inside and was just going through the drive thru but now we are done all together. They are rude, unprofessional, nasty, unorganized, and have ZERO customer service skills. Anyone reading this post before thinking about stopping by this location......DON'T! There is another location in Angola on Wayne Street, go there. They aren't perfect but they accommodate their mistakes with coupons if needed, the food is usually fresh, prices are a bit cheaper, and the ice cream works!

  When I went through the drive tru, like I've done so many times at this location, i was talked to like I was a price of garage. I asked the girl if there was anyway I could get a new receipt so I could read it to enter it in my rewards. "She explained that the printers are broke and corporate won't fix them." I suggested to let them know customers are complaining because they can't claim their rewards. She then got loud and said everyone says this to her every day " just like you". Funny I have been in for 2 weeks, as I was 1500 miles out of state. Before this i was stopping in twice a week for breakfast ordering on the app. The one day I dont have my phone with me..... I did drive around and enter the building to give her a piece of my mind since I was waiting for my food anyway. Manager never came to see what the issue was until I demanded to speak to her. Then she appeared looking all disheveled with hands on her hips, listened to what I had to say and tried to tell me it will be handled. Just saying if you vist McDonald's in Angola, go to the one in town. Better service, cleanliness, and food!
