This review is about the service. My wife and I stop in from time to time and I'll occasionally have lunch here when I'm out and about. The bottomline is that we've never had bad service and the employees have always been polite and helpful. On a couple of occasions, they're day shift manager has been short-staffed and covered for her people that have taken time off or called in when we visited. Even though task saturated due to lack of team members she has been polite, hardworking, empathetic, helpful to her staff and yet she still remains customer oriented. If you're looking for some wings and beer while watching your favorite team, try a Bdubs. If you want that and be served by a great staff, try the Bdubs in Angola. Claim Number 3468-260420-30007-2874

Over two hour wait for food (after having been seated) The manager on duty appeared not to have cared less and was condescending and rude. I can't speak for the rest of my party but my food was terrible. They do one thing very well. They lose customers.
