  Absolutely do not recommended. There is nothing fast about this place. We sat behind someone in the drive thru for 12 minutes without moving. When we did get to the speaker, we got a , "Can you hold on a second?" We waited for 7 minutes at the speaker before we got someone to take out order. All this time and when we pulled up to the window, we were pulled ahead to wait another 5 minutes for fresh fries. These people take no pride in running a fast food restaurant and it shows.

  Staff was busy and it took over 3 minutes just to be greeted. Took 6 plus minutes to get order placed. Food was fine once we got it.

  I see these co-workers use phone and whole we stand lind and waiting 5 to 10 min. Even we called someone a few time.s and just ignored

  I ordered delivery through Doordash. The Doordash driver was amazing. She did everything right. However, Arby's messed up the order. When the order arrived, it was in a takeout bag, not a delivery bag. I had to carry the takeout bag and drink carrier one mile from the community gate to my property, while using a cane. Again, let me be clear, the Doordash driver was amazing. The takeout bag was tape sealed when the order arrived. By the time I had walked the mile, I was about to drop the whole order because it wasn't in a delivery bag. Also, the beef and cheddar sandwich, although paid for, wasn't in the takeout bag.

  ordered a roast beef sandwich on my lunch break, the lady making the food was not wearing gloves, and my meat was green.
