- BBBrandi Boyd5 days ago1.0First let me speak on the entitlement of the staff that works here. They are not friendly AT ALL. They messed up my order and got mad when I asked for a new order. They took the sandwich I licked to confirm there was no sauce on and was about to dip and give it back. DISGUSTING… after I have experienced their bad attitudes over and over I told them I didn’t want the order because I’m sure they were trying to give me the same sandwich I had to bring back. When I came back with my receipt the guy tried to show me a video of them tossing a chicken breast even though I told him I had already licked it and knew it wasn’t tossed. I simply told him I couldn’t stand their attitudes and I didn’t want the chicken so he got so upset he gave me a $10 bill which is way more than the combo and told me not to come back.

Gave me the "run-around" on the phone (even though I speak FLUENT Espanol" Once there and showed them my analytics? EVERYTHING changed. They went into COMPLETE FREAK OUT MODE. My replacement chicken sandwiches were absolutely perfect 👌. To the extent that it looked "just like the menu". While I was satisfied with the re-make ? A HUGE part of me is unsatisfied because every single customer should be able to expect that. I almost felt guilty for using my social media as a tool in this situation. You should NOT have to be famous on the Google Maps in order to get good food.....and,.... and.... All of YOU depend on me to give an honest review. Key word = HONEST. I will admit that they DO have the ability of perfection 👌 but, they need to try harder when it comes to the average guy. I ain't cool with everyone else eating blah blah blah and getting messed up orders. That ain't 💯 So...... I ain't speaking negatively. I am speaking from the heart. Every single customer SHOULD receive the same attention I got. Every single customer deserves respect. 👏
