- TTTrina3 days ago1.0Went there at 850p. No fajita veggies. No Cilantro lime. No chips. No guacamole. Horrible lady said fryers were off for the evening. The only reason for 1 star is because the young man that took my order initially was super nice. I was fine with not having everything...but NO chips? And wasn't willing to cook any. Anderson, y'all have got to do better 🤬

I am not one to leave reviews but here I am… I went into chipotle at 8:30 tonight and I walked into sauce cups in the entry way, every single table dirty, floor nasty… trash everywhere… 2 employees sitting at a dirty table, trash over flowing. Then it comes to the food, i placed my order…. the serving area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day all of the cold items were sitting outside the cooler on a back table luke warm.. also the employee used a chipotle bowl to scoop my soggy chips like my gosh don’t you have tongs.. I opened my bowl when I got to my car just to take a gander and the cheese was clear like it had been sitting outside all day.. lettuce luke warm.. tomatoes looked soggy… i was really grossed out and couldn’t even eat my bowl after what I saw. I went home and took the mast cheese off the top to replace it with cold fresh cheese from my fridge.. still couldn’t eat it. Any ways needless to say I won’t be going back until I know this is rectified.

All of my orders were completed and they helped take my bags to the car. Excellent service and even with all my orders they made sure I was all good to go; fast service! Which is hard to find nowadays. Will definitely be going back again!! :)

Full stop 2nd time in a row I decided to give them a 2nd chance and that’s on me worst chipotle in the state I go all over and I will never stop here again.
