I hate to leave bad reviews but I have to here. We have been regular customers here for the last 6 months, coming once or twice a week.
Something changed in this restaurant about a month ago and the service has gotten really bad.
Tonight was no exception. We walked in about 8:15pm, sat at the host stand with 5 other parties that had been there since before us, most of them ended up leaving but an employee directed us to the bar area for open seating after standing at the host stand for 15 or so minutes. We should have taken that as a sign.
Once seated the bartender took our order, we ordered an appetizer and two entrees. The appetizer took about 30 minutes to come out. My wife got her entree another 45 minutes after that and it was cold and barely sauced. The bartender informed me there was a problem with my order so they had to remake it. It came out 20 minutes later.
Then to add to it - I had to use the rest room because we’ve been sitting and sipping on drinks for over an hour and a half at this point. I walk in the bathroom and get ready to do my business and I hear a woman employee shouting “excuse me, I’m trying to clean this bathroom”. No signs or anything. No indication the rest room was being cleaned and I didn’t see her when I walked in. Not the way to handle that.
That’s the final straw for me. Ive gotten used to the slow service here but after the events of tonight, I will not be back. We finally left about 2 hours after arriving.

I wanted to take a moment to share feedback regarding my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings on the evening of Friday, May 8th. I considered this over the weekend and felt it was important to bring it to your attention.
I arrived with a large party of approximately 20 guests. This is not unusual for us, as we are frequent customers of your location and visit multiple times per week. Upon arrival, we were informed by a staff member (a Caucasian male with a dark beard) that we could not be seated due to staffing constraints, specifically a cook shortage, and that seating our party would create an extended wait for other guests.
While I understand that restaurants sometimes face staffing challenges, the manner in which this was communicated felt dismissive and placed responsibility on us as guests, which was off-putting. As customers, we certainly understand operational challenges are not always visible to the public, but the tone and framing of the interaction left a negative impression.
As a result, our party left without being seated, which is the first time I have experienced this in over 40 years of dining out.
The following day, I returned with just my family. We were again greeted by the same individual and informed of a significant wait due to staffing issues. In this instance, we chose to stay and were eventually seated and well taken care of by Terrence, who, as always, provided excellent service and is a key reason we continue to return.
However, during our visit, I observed multiple parties being turned away with similar explanations, despite the restaurant not appearing full and staff seemingly available and waiting for guests. This raised additional concern about how seating decisions are being managed.
I am sharing this feedback not out of frustration alone, but because we are regular guests and typically spend a considerable amount at your location. We value the restaurant and the staff who consistently provide great service, and that is why this experience stood out so significantly.
I appreciate your time in reviewing this feedback, and I hope it is helpful as you evaluate guest experience and communication moving forward.

Disgusting location, I saw several cockroaches on my last visit, staff are very unhelpful, wait times to get help are absurd, I used to be a regular and I will NOT be returning again.

Fries hard as bullets. Wings dry and shriveled. Obviously they had been under a lamp long before they were tossed. Bartender never checked back after he dropped the food. Sat with an empty glass for 10 before I walked to where he was sitting on his phone and handed it to him. Still didnt ask how im doing. Tried to cash out but he had his back to me for 20 minutes chatting with his friends at the end of the bar. I declined to take a box for my massive amount of untouched wings which is usually a clue, but he just said to have a good night. Dude doesnt pay attention and doesn't care. Guess thats why there were only 4 people there
