  Workers are rude and look like they despise being there, at least fake a smile. Drinks are poorly and incorrectly done too.

  I was very disappointed with the customer service during my brother’s visit today. He went in to redeem his birthday drink, but the employee who assisted him did not provide the level of service we expected. Instead of taking his order herself, she handed him the iPad and had him enter it on his own. She also incorrectly stated that he did not have a birthday reward, even though he did. The interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive, and it left a very negative impression. Customer service is an important part of any business, and I hope management addresses these issues by providing better training and ensuring customers are treated with respect. Experiences like this can discourage customers from returning.

  Never had a bad experience here and I come at least twice a week. The service is always great and the vibe is always vibing.

  I am giving a 3 start because I come here quite often and my drinks are always great. With that being said, I have been a few cars back and had to wait 30+ mins multiple times recently. I don’t mind waiting but when I’m waiting because a group of workers is socializing with the people in front of me is not acceptable in my opinion. As someone to worked in a very social environment, I knew that doing that instead of my job would get me in trouble. This has happened the past few times I’ve came and I will probably be switching locations.
