  I wish this location could be as friendly as others. I largely only come in the mornings during the week around 7-9. I feel almost inconvenient at times. I just hear how other girls are remembered or have small moments of connection with the workers at other 7 brew locations.

  I’m giving three stars because I don’t want to leave a completely negative review, but I do need to mention something that I’ve noticed as of recently. Obviously, we know that this location in Anderson is fairly new and I have been going there literally since they opened. I have a very specific coffee order. It’s really not complicated. I am in there every single day almost for the most part and that’s also why I don’t want to leave a very negative review, but I do think that something needs to be touched on. Now there have been a few times where I have come through to certain people and my coffee has been messed up by the same people every single time today for instance I gave them my phone number told them which coffee to get because my coffee order is under my phone number and they just made me a medium ice Blondie. They didn’t take my coffee order which I will post a screenshot of my coffee order below beside the coffee that I got today. Anyway, I have noticed that it’s usually the same order taker and the same people making the coffee every single time. My order has been messed up which I’m not sure where the miscommunication is coming from but my coffee definitely doesn’t look like just a glass of milk with some caramel sauce in it on a normal basis. I did say that the order was wrong and my assumption, though is that they took the original ice Blondie that they gave me inside and just added the caramel sauce to it, which I have witnessed them do before and then brought it back out to me at that point, I did not say anything I just left because there’s really no reason to repeat the same thing I already Had pointed out. Again, I think that the seven brew staff is amazing for the most part even the people that I’m having issues with making my coffee room, But I do think that there’s room for improvement with certain individuals and that it’s important for it to be noted and noticed. I attached pictures of my coffee order below. The darker one is my normal order the one that you find on the screen When my number is put in the other one is the one that I got today that I had corrected once and it was still wrong ultimately like I said, I ended up leaving because there was no point in repeating it. I try not to be negative, but that’s also why I didn’t try to confront the situation in person because I don’t want the staff to think I’m being abrasive toward them. Ultimately, I decided to throw the one I got today away because none of the flavors were in there. It literally just tasted like milk and caramel sauce.

  Why is the music on full blast an hour after you close? People have to sleep. This is so rude and childish of you all, not to mention a clear violation of the local noise ordinance. Really disappointed in this behavior. Edit: despite the owner's recognition of my review they are still blasting music an hour after closing with no regard for anyone. Look it up these places have this problem nationwide
