  Manager or who we believe to be the manager is awful. Terrible attitude and is insanely rude to customers and staff. Me and my girlfriend have been in on 3 different occasions and everytime she has been yelling over something that is not a big deal or something that can be controlled easily. Food is good, other staff is wonderful, she is awful and if you have a run in with her I’m sure you know who I’m speaking about.

  Me and my friend asked for two large chocolate soft serve ice creams in a cup and it took them 20 minutes to give us two small chocolate soft serve ice creams and got told there ice cream machines aren’t working the best but we looked around and everyone else had a perfect ice cream the ice creams were melted and we never got our money back because paid for larges and got smalls

  Ordered a 2 for $5 item and a free water Was charged 8.87 because apparently Albion Dairy Queen charges you 3.29 plus tax for free water. Then the young girl tried to explain to me like I was dumb that “water is a drink so it costs something, well not every size but yeah:” Mmkay well I guess when someone wants a free water go with the size that reflects that. Not one that costs as much as your overpriced pop.

  Went inside and an employee was dusting the ceiling and instead of stopping he continued to dust right above where I had to walk then right over the counter where I was standing to order lol doh raining down dust no thanks

  Today on April 17th I went into Dairy Queen to get two ice cream cones and there is this girl who didn’t even say welcome and it kind of felt awkward because she was also throwing and making people slushy’s in a bad way and blizzards as well was knocking everything off of her section throwing everything throwing peoples blizzards like they were nothing and was making a big drama scene. They need to replace her ASAP. There was this other girl, sweet and kind but that is it.
