Staff often display a negative attitude toward customers, which makes the experience even more frustrating. When mistakes are made with orders, they tend to blame the customer rather than taking responsibility. They are often unwilling to correct errors and don’t provide receipts, making it difficult for customers to return and have issues resolved. Even when customers bring the incorrect order back as proof, they refuse to help, citing the lack of a receipt.
