    This was my first time going to Jimmy John’s in about 10 years, and what finally got me back through the door were the $5.99 Vito and Pepe specials. I couldn’t pass that up! 😂 Honestly, I think I remember why I stopped going years ago. The sandwiches just don’t seem to have as many vegetables or as much seasoning as I prefer. But I will say that the atmosphere and customer service during this visit really stood out. From the moment I walked through the door, a young woman immediately greeted me with, “Welcome to Jimmy John’s, how can I help you?” Oh my goodness, GLORIOUS! 😂 That kind of welcoming customer service makes such a difference. She was approachable, answered all of my questions, and made me feel acknowledged right away. The entire team seemed to be on track, working together and taking care of business. There was a real sense of camaraderie among the employees, and I enjoyed seeing that kind of teamwork and energy in the restaurant. There was one part of the visit that made me uncomfortable. Someone came in from the parking lot and went directly behind the counter into the food-preparation area. I wasn’t familiar with the person or his role, and his attire appeared different from the employees I had initially seen. I don’t want to speculate about who he was or what his responsibilities were, but I will say that I was glad my food was already being prepared at that point. Overall, I’m giving this location 3 out of 5 stars. The food itself still isn’t quite what I prefer, particularly when it comes to the amount of vegetables and seasoning, but the welcoming customer service and teamwork made this a much more positive experience than I expected after not visiting Jimmy John’s for about a decade. And a special shout-out to the young woman who greeted me when I walked in, thank you for making me feel welcome!

    This place is trash don’t even waste your time. I was put on hold for over 7 mins for them to never pick up the phone. The time before that I had order and they sent me unwich and a wheat sandwich. Then say after the fact they ran out of Bread. Then never credit me back. Save your self and go somewhere else this place has been trash for over 8 years.

    Placed a mobile order the past 3 consecutive Sundays. Just to receive a phone call from the store shortly after saying they are out of gyro meat. The next week out of turkey then this week no tuna. 3 strikes your out. Too bad I really like the food
