  ********CANCEL JOHNS********** If your so called sandwich company delivers, STOP cancelling everyone’s orders! My order was cancelled consecutively 2 times for no apparent reason. You don’t follow your app, you don’t honor the delivery service.. I’ve never even eaten at a Jimmy John’s, it was a recommendation from a friend. Now I don’t even want it! I hope all Jimmy’s aren’t like this one, but the staff currently there sucks and needs to be evaluated. Do better, your team gets a flat 1 Star ONLY cause I heard good recommendation for the company, NOT this location! I’m going to McDonalds!

  This place is trash don’t even waste your time. I was put on hold for over 7 mins for them to never pick up the phone. The time before that I had order and they sent me unwich and a wheat sandwich. Then say after the fact they ran out of Bread. Then never credit me back. Save your self and go somewhere else this place has been trash for over 8 years.

  Placed a mobile order the past 3 consecutive Sundays. Just to receive a phone call from the store shortly after saying they are out of gyro meat. The next week out of turkey then this week no tuna. 3 strikes your out. Too bad I really like the food

  I can see why you guys have bad reviews. I stopped going to this location after a female employee told me I couldn’t customize my sandwich. I’ve never heard of not being able to have my sandwich my way at a Jimmy John’s until I dealt with an immature employee trying to take out her aggression on me because she’s having a bad day. Never will be back to this location!
