- TGThe Casual Gamer1 day ago1.0I’ve been shopping at Jewel my whole life, but I had horrible customer service at the Deli in the Zion, IL location. I always order 8-piece chicken with only wings and legs, and every other Jewel accommodates this with no issue. When I asked for it at this deli, the employee was extremely rude. She asked, “Which one do you go to?” I told her all the other Jewels in Waukegan. She just said, “Exactly,” and refused to help. I left without ordering and called the manager. I will not be ordering chicken from this location again.
