Ordered 6 CHOCOLATE bars(long John) and what I got was 6 vanilla bars. If this was the only time it happened I’d say maybe it was me and write it off. This has happened on numerous occasions and is annoying. If chocolate and vanilla sounded the same I’d get it. One of the kids says they're good while the others are grossed out. So please employees of this and all Dunkin establishments please just speak up if you didn’t understand or didn’t hear correctly. Don’t assume!

Received 1 bagel with the cream cheese in the side, then had to show my receipt and wait for the second. Assuming it was correct, I left, it was a plain bagel (not what I ordered and NOT what was on the receipt. Someone else also asked to repeat my coffee order not sure if they couldn’t see the order.
