- RMRene' MooreAug 27, 20262.0Unfortunately, my experience at this Dunkin’ in Zion was not a very good one. I stopped in simply to purchase a gift card, so I expected it to be a pretty quick visit. Instead, there was a line and the service was moving extremely slowly, even though there were only a few customers in the store. I noticed two employees behind the counter, but what stood out to me most was the lack of acknowledgment. There was no friendly “hello,” no welcome, or even much interaction with the customers while we waited. Everyone seemed to be moving at a very slow pace, which made the wait feel even longer. I understand that places can get busy and that things happen, but when there are only a handful of customers and a simple purchase takes that long, the experience becomes frustrating. Customer service is about more than just completing the transaction, it’s also about making customers feel acknowledged and welcome. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to decide that I wouldn’t return. Hopefully, the customer service and overall pace improve because the location could definitely do better.

Ordered 6 CHOCOLATE bars(long John) and what I got was 6 vanilla bars. If this was the only time it happened I’d say maybe it was me and write it off. This has happened on numerous occasions and is annoying. If chocolate and vanilla sounded the same I’d get it. One of the kids says they're good while the others are grossed out. So please employees of this and all Dunkin establishments please just speak up if you didn’t understand or didn’t hear correctly. Don’t assume!
