  I will NEVER buy from Pizza Hut again. The wait time was estimated to be 180-220 minutes. Trying to be understanding, based on it being the day before Thanksgiving, I did not want to call and create more overload for the staff. However, after 5 hours of waiting I called to find out the morning supervisor cancelled my order because they had no driver at noon when I ordered the delivery pizzas...driver apparently was coming in at 5:00. Would have been nice to get a call rather than continue to watch tracking that after 3 hours said it was making my pizza. What a disgrace of a business. The evening manager offered nothing but an apology. The delivery guy was shocked that I waited 5 hours for nothing. Thanks to him I did not pay for the pizzas; however, the ten pre-teen girls ate lunch at 6:00pm. Not the first bad experience with the Yorkville Pizza Hut, but it certainly will be the last...you have lost my business as well as several on our neighborhood FB page.

  I placed an order on the app. Went to the store and was told my order would be brought out in a few minutes. I waited 15 more minutes and called again to which I was told it would be out soon/less than 5 minutes. I continued to wait with 2 small children in the car and waited another 10 minutes before calling a third time. In total I waited 50 minutes only for the food not to be ready. I left without any food.

  Will never come back here! Went out to dinner at 430 and they denied us service because they didn’t have a server. Woman at the desk looked at us like we were crazy when we said we were dining in. How were we supposed to know that a dine in restaurant with a bunch of booths didn’t have a server.
