This was a very disappointing experience. My coffee order was completely wrong, and the munchkins we received were stuck together, broken, and clearly not fresh. On top of that, communication was extremely difficult, which made resolving the issue frustrating. Overall, the service and quality were unacceptable. I will not be returning.
I recently visited the 1830 South Bridge store, and the recent management change has made a big difference. Everything feels more organized, and the overall service has improved a lot compared to before.
The new manager is clearly doing a great job
the staff seems more attentive, and the experience is much smoother now. It’s definitely better than it was under the previous management.
Overall, a noticeable improvement in service and atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend stopping by!

A special shoutout to Yousuf, who is easily my favorite employee there. He’s always friendly, respectful, and makes sure customers are taken care of properly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and the people who come in.
Overall, this store has improved a lot recently, and it’s now one of my go-to spots. Definitely recommend stopping by!

Avoid this location. The simplest orders get butchered here. I asked for a regular latte with light ice and a medium signature hot. Received a small hot and I fully packed with ice latte. Barely half a shot in it. The hot one was completely bland as if they used twice ran filtered coffee instead espresso. I'll make the extra trip to the ome near Aldi from now on.
🚨🚨BUYER BEWARE!
I truly wish that I could give this review zero stars.
Please save your money and take it to a better location, because the owner here is too obsessed with profit margins, that he does not care whether or not he gets your drink, right.
I am a very simple guy, I always order one large iced coffee, 4 cream, 4 sugar, 4 carmel & LIGHT ICE.
The drink is so easy to make that it is literally the very first drink that they teach you how to make when you work there (I used to manage a location in the city)
I’ve gone to this location, a grand total of five different times trying to give them multiple chances, and every single time without fail, there is always a problem.
Burnt food, way too much sugar, stale coffee.
But the straw that broke the camels back was today, I was already hesitant about going here, but it was the closest location next to the highway, so I decided to stop by. I was greeted very kindly by what looks to be the store owner. And as soon as he hand me my cup. It is packed to the brim with ice!
Just for those of you who don’t know, when you put ice in a cup, you’re only supposed to put about half a cup worth of ice, which is how the location makes their profit. I drunk up with a little bit of drink. I actually got and took a picture of just the ice so you guys could see, as not only did he not give me less ice (one third a cup), but in fact, it looks like he added an extra scoop on top of the normal serving of ice.
Which from previous experience, I can tell you firsthand is not a mistake, and is something management deliberately does to increase profits. Literally a coffee that would usually last me about 10 minutes was gone in four sips, and I will never give this location my business ever again. Go to the new location in Oswego, I went there yesterday and it was the greatest coffee I ever had
