- EJEdward JohnsonJun 15, 20261.0I really love coming to this location because the manager is super friendly and always greet me and most of the staff except this young Hispanic girl with glasses who usually works the register in the morning is very unfriendly and act like it’s going to kill her to smile knowing she’s helping customers’s who walk in if she’s not happy with her job maybe it’s time to move on and I really hope the manager has a Conversation with her about her attitude these are paying customers coming inside the business please smile like saying goes fake it until you make it my goodness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By the time I got home, the frosting had smeared all over, the donuts were smashed together, and they looked nothing like what I paid for. The pink-frosted donuts were stuck to each other and the icing was all over the bag. I understand accidents happen, but basic care in packaging should be expected when purchasing multiple frosted donuts. It’s frustrating to spend money on food that arrives looking like it was tossed around before I even got it home. Hoping management addresses this so future customers receive their orders in better condition.

They also can’t follow a simple request to scoop the bagel out for me a bit. Otherwise they could have sliced it twice but lord forbid they be bothered with that when I have a whole 1 car behind me 🫨
