When I didn't find it funny, she then says.... "Well, you could be a little nicer!" I couldn't even believe it... A simple "I'm sorry." would of went much further. Won't go there again. She was also training people while this happened. She should not be allowed to train others!!!!

They put what we wanted off, on the sandwich and what we paid extra for they put none? Twice in a row. Disappointing but there are other options.
