- MCMariah CarbajalJun 3, 20264.0I haven’t been to Dairy Queen in a while. the last time I was here they messed up multiple times on my drinks on multiple occasions. But I decided to come back because my daughter’s really wanted ice cream. We all got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch ice cream cone and that was it worth it. I really haven’t had a good ice cream cone in a minute. Next time I want to try the fruity pebble milkshake so we’ll see how that one goes. The only thing I did not like is that the lady sounded like she was in a rush to get our order in and done before my boyfriend could even finish speaking. I think she needs to take a second and let the customer speak and say that they are finished rather than cutting them off and saying have a good day when the customer isn’t done speaking. My boyfriend wasn’t done ordering doesn’t give him a second to say the next thing before saying pull up to the next window. Then we eventually got our ice cream cones. She closes the window right away before my boyfriend can even ask for more napkins. I think they just need a slow down a second and let the customers speak before just ending the conversation. Other than that, they have some really good ice cream here food wise haven’t tried any of their food besides the chili cheese hotdog which use to be good.
