  I am so disappointed in Carrabba in Woodridge these days. Carrabba has always been one of my mainstays! Especially here in Woodridge. However, the last time I ordered, I wanted to try the meatballs with ricotta cheese that’s on the appetizer list, unfortunately what you get looks absolutely nothing like it is pictured! There was absolutely zero ricotta cheese in my appetizer. It looked like two meatballs in gravy? Did they forget to pack the container that must have held the ricotta cheese separately? I decided to contact the restaurant and spoke to the manager, who assured me that he would take care of it by sending me a gift card in the mail to reimburse me. I was pleasantly surprised when I did receive that gift card. However, when I tried to use it today to place another to go order, the card comes back as not valid. On top of that, I tried to order the meatballs with ricotta cheese appetizer again today and specifically noted in the comments that I would like to see some ricotta cheese with my meatballs in this order, unlike the last one…and there was still zero ricotta cheese in my order? Surely they didn’t forget to pack the ricotta cheese yet AGAIN??? On top of that, there was barely a sprinkle of the seasoning and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for the oil that they packed with the bread? There was definitely not enough Parmesan cheese for the pasta that I ordered, which was dry and bland and had barely any sauce on it at all? I know that the price of everything is going up these days and it’s a lot harder to make a profit, but you’re not going to get there by cheating your customers like this. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’m gonna be ordering from Carrabba again after this. And that’s the true disappointment, because I used to love this restaurant and eat there at least weekly. The young man that brought my food out to the car was the only reason I gave even one star. And in rating the service, I had to go right in the middle because the server was great, but I’m disappointed in my previous interaction with the manager, since the “reimbursement gift card” that he gave me was invalid. The young man that brought my order out to my car was the only part of this experience that was positive. Thank you server boy! I have no comment on the atmosphere since I never entered the restaurant and likely never will again.

  My husband and I arrived to Illinois's from Minnesota. We don’t have a Carrabba at home so we were excited to eat here again. We eat all the time in Florida. Shortly After eating the chicken Marsala, meatballs and salad I was in the worst pain ever. My husband had soup otherwise we ate the same exact meals. I have been sick with a fever, chills, vomiting and diarrhea all last night and today. Definitely food poisoning. Won’t go back to this location: ruined our first whole day in Illinois.

  My family and I have been frequent customers of Carrabba’s in Woodbridge for many years, which is why it is disappointing to write this review. Over the past few years, we have noticed a steady decline in both the quality of the food and the level of service. About a year ago, we stopped dining here because of several disappointing experiences. Recently, we decided to give the restaurant another chance, hoping things had improved, but unfortunately our experience confirmed many of the same concerns. The food quality was below the standards we previously enjoyed, service was slow and inattentive, and there appeared to be little or no management presence in the dining room. A strong manager can often make a significant difference in customer experience, and that leadership seemed to be missing during our visit. We are sharing this feedback because we genuinely liked this restaurant and would like to see it succeed. However, based on our recent experience, we have decided not to return. We hope ownership and management take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to restore the quality and service that once made this location a favorite in the community.

  Went for my birthday dinner with family. The service was outstanding! Our waitress was phenomenal, catering to our every request. The food selections were varied and delicious. The drinks were very good as well. Restaurant was clean and friendly. Plenty of parking.
