- NANeal A.5 days ago1.0Deena is by far one of the worst waitresses I have ever had. I hope she gets proper training and should not be employed until her poor behavior is fixed. She was very rude and said word for word “are you serious” when my friends and I tipped her 30%. Horrible experience, really truly disappointed. Also there were black specks in 2 of our drinks which looked like mold, and when we asked her for another drink she said “why do you need another one” despite giving us nasty 4 dollar drinks. I would hope she gets the proper disciplinary action required to be at least somewhat decent at her job, but we can only ask for so much :(.

Called and checked on an update and was told that they initially didn’t have it. Asked to speak with manager and she was absolutely horrible. Asked nicely for a refund due to the extensive wait time. It’s understandable during a busy night, but two hours?!? Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location if you’re looking to be treated like a guest with humanity and kindness. Again, understandable, but to not be flexible and understanding is nuts.
