    A generally terrible experience with the Woodridge, IL location. The short... I waited over an hour after estimated pick up time to not to get my order, then they didn't even give me my full promised refund. The long... I used the BWW app to place a simple order for pick up (20 traditional wings and 1 large fries). I placed the order at 5:32 pm for pick up at 6:20 pm. I arrived at the restaurant at exactly 6:20 pm. I got the parking spot right in front of the pickup door... it was the last good thing that happened for me. After walking in and approaching the pickup counter, I was ignored by several staff members. After several minutes, someone finally came to the counter and acknowledged my existence, and I let them know my order and that I was here to pick it up. I was told it they were still working on the order and that it would be a few minutes. No big deal. I sat down and began to wait... wait... and wait. The restaurant was active, but by no means would I say they were slammed. At least a dozen people arrived after me and picked up orders. After waiting 30 minutes, I decided to ask again about my order. Again, I was told they were still working on it. After 20 more minutes of waiting, which was almost an hour after I got there (remember I had to wait several minutes for someone to approach the counter), I asked one last time if my order was ready. It was not, so I asked for a refund. Counter person gave me an annoyed look and curtly told me it would, "be a while" before I could get one. At this point I was done. I asked for the manager. Consistent with the theme of this experience, I was told I would have to wait. 15 minutes later the manager comes out of the back. I asked him if it was unreasonable for me to be frustrated by an hour plus wait for an order of 20 wings and 2 order of fries? He didn't respond. I asked again for a refund. He got the order print out then said, that since I had ordered via the app, he could only provide the refund after everything had settled the next day, which he promised to do. At this point I stopped chasing this rabbit and gave up. I agreed to them giving the refund the next day and left to go find other food options. If that were the end of it, I would chalk it up to another lousy experience at BWW. I would move on and consider it before ever ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings again. Unfortunately, its not the end of it. After waiting several days for the refund to appear on my credit card statement, guess what... they screwed that up to. The guy only refunded me for part of the wings order, not the whole order. Remember, I got nothing from the restaurant. The fries, taxes, and tip (yes, like an idiot I tipped them when placing the order) were not part of the refund.

    The food was good and didn’t take long . The place has good air conditioning . But my waitress a young boy made our visit uncomfortable because after 5 minutes he kept asking if we needed boxes or if we’re good or needed the check we felt pressured to leave and after I told him I’ll take the check while we were still eating he took the money and tip and came back and as we continued to eat he asked do you guys need the receipt or something :/ me and my boyfriend left and said next thing you know he’s going to ask do you guys need help finding the door 🤣

    Deena is by far one of the worst waitresses I have ever had. I hope she gets proper training and should not be employed until her poor behavior is fixed. She was very rude and said word for word “are you serious” when my friends and I tipped her 30%. Horrible experience, really truly disappointed. Also there were black specks in 2 of our drinks which looked like mold, and when we asked her for another drink she said “why do you need another one” despite giving us nasty 4 dollar drinks. I would hope she gets the proper disciplinary action required to be at least somewhat decent at her job, but we can only ask for so much :(.

    Not to much for gluten-free options, but thw naked wings are good and salsa 😋 Great place for food, snacks, drinks, and watching sports
