  I had never been to a Jimmy John's before and was in the drive thru,trying to ask questions. As to what is on items like the gargantuan that was not even on the board..the guy seemed to not understand a word I was asking even when I asked if they had dif sizes in sandwiches and he jus kept sayin huh, huh? So I ordered 3 sandwiches and was told to pull up without the total cost. Get ti the window and ask the gal there,if they had dif size sandwiches n wraps like subway etc..and she says yes a giant and regular..im thinking 6 n 12 inch or along them lines and she doesnt say anything just starts inputting stuff into the register and she comes back and quotes me $73.10!!! Wasn't even 73 dollars worth of nothing! And how does anyone not explain things when they are asked about the sizing,and missing items on outside menu etc..And ABSOLUTE joke and the 6 employees I seen standing around laughing!! I will be making sure I review everywhere I can on those Wood River Illinois Location.And steer people away from a place robbing us to eat and no common sense to answer simple questions so to know what's best.

  Service sucks always. But its been awhile so gave it another go. Out of chicken, out of pita bread. Its only noon. Usually the only problem is the lights are off at night so you dont come there. Is everyone lazy and incompetent everywhere?

  I'm all for hiring young people and even understand making mistakes. But atleast have some adult supervision.

  Can't stand this store anymore. I love Jimmy John's but this place literally makes my sandwich wrong every single time. Tonight was the last time I will go. Bacon, cheese, tomatoes....HOW HARD IS THAT?
