  I don’t know how to say this, but I think the manager of this place is also the manager of the food that they have in the other room!!! Brittany was helping me she you want your food that’s more food good girl good girl crazy there you go was very nice!! I got one chicken thigh and went to eat it and I cracked it open. It was totally red in the middle so I took it back over to her and ask her if she would eat that and she said I don’t know I didn’t cook it so I I asked to speak to the manager. This is where everything broke down. Apparently the manager was too busy to come talk to me. Didn’t have the time to come see me, Brittany did everything she could as an employee there but management failed her and myself!! first of all management, Let a piece of chicken come out that would’ve made me sick if I would’ve eaten it and Brittany didn’t know how to take care of me, but the manager should’ve, so in the process, Brittany got upset which that should’ve never happened. She deserves apology from the owner and the manager. Next time cook your chicken so you don’t make someone sick thank you and take care of your employees because they make you look good. Not the other way around management needs a lot of help here. And one more thing, the girls at the cash register inside TA or Petro were very very nice!!!

  This Charleys is a joke. $20 for a sandwich and 5 french fries. Petro wonders why they are struggling. Charleys is usually pretty good but this one give you piece of bread with what is supposed to be a sandwich. Drivers stop putting up with this BS. A guy should be able to buy a decent meal.
