  Zack was an absolute all star 🌟 I customized the Chicken Bacon Ranch w/ croutons & crispy onions for an exciting spin. The app allows for such precise customizations that even though it was a bit ridiculous the sandwich turned out marvelously memorable! Thank you Jimmy Johns!   I would give zero stars if it would let me. The woman behind the counter was one of rudest people that I have ever dealt with. It appeared to be a nuisance that we actually wanted sandwiches made. All three sandwiches were incorrectly made but we took them to go and didn't realize until we got home. We like Jimmy John's and go there often but never this one again. It's a shame because we were hoping to find a place for a lacrosse team that practices across the street to eat after but it won't be here.
