  The food and service was good however the in door seating was dirty. Trash cans over flowing. Tables were dirty and had trash on them. Our main dish was good. However the chips were stale. Not the best experience.

  The man taking my order today looked miserable and clearly didn’t want to be there. He didn’t even bother to greet me or ask what I would you like. He literally looked at me and expected me to order. I asked for carnitas and he gives me chicken. Tried to stop him, but because he wasn’t paying any attention, and he messed up. When I tell him that I wanted carnitas, he throws bowl angrily into the trash, instead of apologizing. How is that suppose to make me feel? I was so angry, and I felt like cursing out this disrespectful employee, but I instead left. And of course, none of the employs there cared I left. Waited in line for nothing. This is no way to treat your customers. I didn’t give a 1 star review because I have eaten here many times in the past. Food and service has been ok (3 out of 5 stars) but today service was so bad I had to sit down to right this review. Employs at this location need more training in customer service, as there’s a lot of reviews with other customer getting same or worse treatment. I’ll think twice before to this location again. Today service was 1 out of 5 stars.

  I was in line for 10 minutes and another 10 minutes, waiting for the ingredients to be ready and the food to be wrapped. The front lady had a permanent scowl on her face, Gave horrible customer service, even though she was the one wasting my lunchtime. Didn’t even wrap the burrito correctly and it was open when she wrapped it, and it’s not like I got anything extra because I didn’t ask for a double portions. If you were working and on your lunch, do not come here unless you want to spend the entirety of your lunch with someone giving you a dirty look like it’s your fault that they are over middle-aged and working in fast food.
