  We love the food, if I could give a negative five stars for service, I would.. Absolutely the worst employees at any restaurant, and I am a server. The Willowbrook location has the meanest workers. They make you feel uncomfortable, they are rude extremely unhelpful and all around horrible. Justin and Danaria we're extremely rude and will make me never come back here again. Maddy, the cashier was very sweet, nice and helpful. I would rather drive to another location.And this is three minutes from my house than step foot back in there. Every single time it's just a horrible experience, this was my 7th time here.

  One of the best experiences with cava! Only my third time going and I love the bowls!! Was greeted with a nice staff! Big shout out to Ricky and ebony!! Super sweet and very helpful and gave off a welcoming atmosphere considering it was busy they still managed to be super friendly ! Definitely would come again!!

  I have to agree with the other reviewers about the service. I ordered lunch for pickup and if they weren't too late, I'd be able to make it back to work for my meeting. I received a text saying they were worki g on my order and it would be ready at 11:56am. When I walked in, there wasn't a line, so I could've ordered right there and got my order right away. But since I'd received a text saying they were already working on it, out of courtesy, I waited at the pickup window. I had to wait for 20 minutes (it was 15 minutes later than the text assured), and was late to my work meeting. Food certainly wasn't worth waiting.

  This location genuinely needs to learn some customer service skills. I walked in 30 minutes before close, and they were cleaning up. I understand it can be annoying, but that's not an excuse to treat customers like they're a bother. Whoever made our bowl was very impatient, and made the customer experience terrible. The guy who checked us out was very friendly, but the girl restocking the plastic silverware area was rude. I asked if they had any forks in the storage underneath since the container was empty, instead of saying "No, I'm sorry we ran out today but we have spoons instead." She simply shook her head and said nothing. So I asked, can we get two forks then, in a nice manner. She then said "No." The tone was not friendly whatsoever. Later after I asked " What do you mean no?" She said they ran out and that the truck delivery would come in tomorrow. I think it's common sense to explain that to someone when they first ask if they can get something that is not available. I've been here several times before and to other Cava locations, but this location desperately needs work on their customer service.

  I will never return to this location. Unfortunately, this is now the second time I’ve had a negative experience here, and the customer service continues to be unacceptable. We visited for dinner, and the employees were rushing us through the ordering process, had poor attitudes, and our order was made incorrectly. Instead of providing friendly service, it felt like we were an inconvenience. The most shocking part of the visit was when I couldn’t immediately find my phone. An employee actually asked if I thought she had stolen it\. At no point did I accuse anyone of taking my phone, so that comment was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and offensive. Because of the poor service and incorrect order, we requested a refund. The manager was reportedly on break for almost an hour, leaving us waiting, and we were instead given a refund drink that we never even asked for. When the manager finally addressed us, she refused to take the food back or even look at it, and it felt like she was purposely giving us a hard time and being dismissive. A bad day can happen, but this is my second poor experience at this location, and the common issue has been the attitudes of the employees. Management needs to seriously address customer service, professionalism, and how guests are treated. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This long review needs to be seen by higher ups completely unacceptable!!
