  Long boring message all I need is to place an order!!! What a big waste of time and after this long wait they didn’t have what I needed.

  Camille was awesome. It was my first time here, & she was super helpful. Overall the staff is very friendly, & the atmosphere is where its at. Food 10/10. I will be coming back. Ps, I left Chipotle to come here.😂

  I can't say anything about the food because I didn't even have the opportunity to order it. I am posting concerning their service. No greeting from the girl after being greeted by myself and my son. She made a "Ugh" face when she saw us walk in. Then when she looked at us with disdain when we were about to order. I looked straight at her and said "We're not eating here". Walked away. The atmosphere was terrible. I wanted to enjoy what they offer but couldn't with that type of service. Never going. There are other places with friendlier service and care for their customers.

  Great food but they forget stuff sometimes. They almost forgot my side of sauce, which they handed me as I was walking out. Once I got home I realized they forgot to pack my fries too. I paid $30 for a bowl so it’s pretty annoying.

  I will caveat, this review is only bad because they say they cater to allergies but did a horrible job! I want to give them better reviews because the food tastes great, but I got really sick eating here (ended up in the hospital due to my allergic reaction). The server didn't know what he was doing, did not know how to protect against allergies (poorly trained) and I will definitely not be going back. If you have any type of allergies, do not go to this Cava location, they don't care about your allergies!
