Went inside 7/20/26 around 5:15p to pick up my online order and there were two young gentleman working inside. There was what I assumed to be an elderly mother and her daughter ordering food. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and stood in line behind the two people to request my pick up. The way the workers interacted with these two ladies was so sweet and kind. the older lady was talking to them, asking about their recommendations etc. The workers genuinely seemed just so happy to be helping her and talking to her. As someone in my 30s it was so nice to see as it’s so rare these days. They gave me my food and thanked me. Ugh 10/10 I do recommend.

I always say thank you multiple times genuinely and they never say "your welcome" it makes me feel like they are kinda bothered by my business. So now im gonna stop saying thank you since it doesn't matter. People used to value being nice these young kids here dont especially the younger lady working Thursday the 2nd at 11:27. Ive told her think three times my last visits not once has she said your welcome.

The person taking our order was rude, rolled her eyes, gave us a lot of attitude when we tried to order. Her name was Kylie, (or so she said). When I asked her why she was being so rude and told her it was no way to treat customers, she said “ I’m tired!” I said “we’re all tired, but this is no way to treat customers. After that, she barely spoke to us. The food was just ok… we’ll not be back. Are parents not teaching manners anymore? Or is she so spoiled that she can’t handle working in a subway?

Came here at 1pm on a Thursday, several customers inside and in the drive through. There was one worker! She did great and kept her composure, despite impatient customers. She should get a raise! Food was good and correct
